Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is a starting price for your home's size. Murphy confirms the final price with you before the visit. If your home turns out to need more than you booked, we ask before doing more, and we never charge more without your approval.
Who actually cleans my home?
An independent local cleaning professional who has agreed to the Murphy visit standards. Murphy handles everything around the visit: booking, scheduling, payment, questions and follow-up. You deal with one company.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
We work to keep recurring visits with the same professional, but we can't promise it on every visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients aren't. Share door, gate or alarm codes only through the secure method we send you, never in a public form or a text thread.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit. Recurring service can be cancelled anytime with the same notice.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit, with a photo of the area. We'll arrange a free re-clean of anything on your booking that was missed.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. Your professional brings the equipment and cleaning products. Just make sure there's running water and power, and put away valuables, cash and anything fragile or irreplaceable.
Are pets OK?
Yes, Murphy would insist. Tell us about your pets when you book, and secure any that may bite, escape or get stressed.
When do I pay?
A card is taken securely when you book, through our booking and payment providers. Murphy never stores your full card number. Tips are optional and go to your professional.
Where do you clean?
Across Miami-Dade, including Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Doral, Kendall and Pinecrest. Aventura, North Miami, Miami Lakes, Palmetto Bay and Homestead carry a small travel charge. Selected Broward communities are available depending on scheduling. Check your ZIP at the top of the page.
